Gizmo and new quilt

Gizzmo enjoy the summer as much as I do. He love playing in between flowerpots and bushes. He can lay for a long time looking at ants and bugs in the grass.

This photo of Gizmo reminds me of the baby lions in The Zoo in Kristiansand. Sera, got four baby lions about a month ago. They have put up a web camera where you can watch the cuties as they grow. No sound, and light is turned off night time.

Today I have finished auilting and binding the jeans quilt for a bench in front porch. I made one more big pillow to go with it. The jeans quilt was quit heavy to work with, but I managed. I have new plans for tomorrow. More jeans projects.

Hugs from Nancy

Your jeans quilt looks great! I am collecting jeans too for bags, but it is a very good idea to make a garden quilt from it !

I love your denimquilt! Did you use batting in it? I have saved jeans for years and my son's friends even bring by their old ones....have to do something with them soon, but I worry about the quilting. It gets sooo heavy!
